AVIVA is the name of BLD's newest and longest awaited project in the centre of Sofia.
The gated residential complex is located in a fast developing central part of the capital - opposite Vazrazhdane Park, the newly opened water park, Mall Of Sofia, Opalchenska metro station and in close proximity to LIDL store.
On an area of nearly 6 acres, the complex will offer over 350 apartments, the construction of which is divided into two phases; landscaped areas; recreation areas; parking spaces and garages. The project also includes a separate section for rental residential space.
The project received a building permit in September. The BLD team is ready with the design and has launched a pre-sales campaign, mainly targeting potential clients who are already familiar with the established quality of each BLD project.
