I. Introduction
BLD Homes PLC is a company engaged in the administrative management of construction and investment projects of BLD.
As such, BLD Homes PLC owns and operates the website https://www.bld.bg/, which brings together and provides information on all the projects of BLD construction and investment group.
In order to be able to carry out its duties of administering, marketing (advertising) and managing the projects carried out by the various companies of the BLD construction and investment group, BLD Homes PLC collects and processes a certain amount of personal data about individuals.

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy" and/or the "Policy") is intended to explain what personal data we collect about you, how and why we process it and what your rights are. Please note that if, after your initial contact with us, you decide to proceed with the process of purchasing a site in one of BLD's projects, you will need to provide personal data in order to conclude and execute a contract with the respective company owning the specific project. VI. Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data
А. We process your personal data in order to be able to respond to your enquiries (by telephone, e-mail or in a personal meeting), to provide you with the information you have requested regarding available objects for sale in the projects of the BLD construction and investment group, purchase conditions as well as upcoming projects.
B. If you have given your explicit consent to receive marketing communications (by ticking the box "I agree to receive Marketing Information by e-mail and telephone" in the contact form on the website), we will process your personal data in order to provide you with further information about current and future projects of the BLD construction and investment group, about programs and promotions, etc. related to the projects marketed under the BLD brand.

The data we process about you is stored within the European Union and the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We use the salesforce.com trading platform to process and store the data, and it is stored on the server of the company operating the platform, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Based on the information available at the date of adoption of the current privacy policy, we (as Data Controller) do not transfer and do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Union.
Any changes to the information above will be reflected by a change to this Privacy Policy.

Your personal data that is accessed by third parties is processed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In the process of administering our relationship with you or the companies you work for or represent, we may need to use third parties such as:
