Over the past decade, the company established itself as the top residential developer in Bulgaria, having successfully completed 1,500 apartments and securing a pipeline of 1,600 more in its future projects.

  • 15 completed projects, 4 in progress

    BLD kept its commitments and completed on time the Stellar and Aviva buildings , which were sold out before Act 14.

    Uptown Square, BLD's largest project, is listed for sale. The open square project will include three large 21-story buildings and three 6-story buildings.

    Construction has started on MONA 5, which will be a 159-unit building awaiting its Act 16 in October 2027.

  • 11 completed projects, 6 in progress

    In 2023, the company continues with the rapid construction of the STELLAR, AVIVA and MONA 3 projects, which are also expecting their Act 16 next year.

    In 2023, the company announces for the first time a completely new concept on the Bulgarian market - it launches apartments with a higher degree of completion, including flooring and interior doors. The new model apartments are located in entrance B, in the newly constructed MONA 3 building. In the same year, BLD completed Phase 2 of the Slow Life project and added another 27 townhouses to the gated community. Construction begins on a new building, MONA 4 in Manastirski Livadi East.

  • International expansion

    After three years of researching the international market, the company decided to open its first international office in Warsaw, Poland. The first plots of land are to be acquired with two residential projects in modern and sophisticated neighbourhoods of the Polish capital.

    In 2022, the company completes the Mona 1 residential building. Active construction activities are ongoing on Secret Gardens, MONA 2, Slow Life Phase II.

  • 10 completed projects, 5 in progress

    At the beginning of the year BLD completed the SONATA building in Mladost 3, which occupies an emblematic place in its portfolio of projects. In the same year, the company also completed Phase I of the Slow Life District and commissioned 18 houses in its ambitious gated development located at the foot of Vitosha. In 2021, BLD launches and starts construction of the STELLAR and MONA 3 projects.

    STELLAR will be BLD 's landmark project due to its 13 floors and key location- Blvd. "Cherni Vrah" 65A. The project will provide office space on the first 3 floors and 71 apartments on the higher floors.

  • 6 completed projects

    In 2019, the company completes its sixth project - the KRISTA building, in Kv. Krastova Vada. With the commissioning of KRISTA, BLD has a total of 450 homes created, totalling 60,000 sq ft.

    In 2019, BLD obtained Act 14 for two of its new buildings - the luxury development in the KRISTA district. Lozenets -SecretGardens and its large-scale project in Kv. SONATA with a total of 239 apartments.

    In March the construction of the closed complex of houses Slow Life District began. The first stage of the project consists of 17 houses for sale with private yards attached. Construction began in early February and is expected to be completed in September 2020.

  • Over 250 apartments realized

    Within 3 years BLD put into operation 4 new buildings in the city of Sofia with a total of over 250 apartments in them. By the end of 2017 the number of completed apartments exceeded 350.

    What managed to turn BLD in a short time into one of the most serious investors and builders of modern new housing in Bulgaria is the belief that in addition to modern and functional - a modern home should create a complete and complete environment.

  • Focus on residential construction

    In 2013, BLD focused and specialized exclusively on the construction of residential projects. The wealth of experience we have gained gives us the solid foundation, knowledge and ability to deliver a high quality product today, tailored to our clients' requirements and needs.

    The company has managed to launch 5 projects in Sofia in 2 years - among them are Domino, Kakao, Metlichina, Krista and Sophie, which are among the first residential projects with which the company has successfully declared itself on the Sofia city map.

  • Founding

    The company was originally founded as an investment fund management company and is listed on the AIM sector of the London Stock Exchange. It subsequently developed into an independent company managing property investments across all segments - office, retail, residential and leisure. Responsible for property portfolios of investment groups and holdings, banking institutions, individual investors.
