BLD continues the sustainable development of its portfolio with four projects.

In June 2026, BLD unveiled SReDA—a new residential project in Manastirski Livadi-East. The project includes four low-rise buildings and 360 apartments, located in a lush green setting with a courtyard and open spaces.

Construction of UPTOWN SQUARE—the largest project in BLD’s portfolio—is also continuing. In June 2026, sales for Phase 2 of UPTOWN SQUARE officially began. The complex includes six buildings, 438 apartments, 653 parking spaces, and an open urban plaza featuring retail spaces, services, restaurants, and recreational areas. 

BLD completes MONA 3 and MONA 4 and expands its operations beyond Bulgaria.

In February, MONA 3 received its Certificate of Completion (Act 16), and in August, MONA 4 was successfully completed and also received its occupancy permit.

The company continues to develop the MONA complex—just seven months after sales began, 50% of the units in MONA 5 have already been sold.

The year 2025 also marks an important step in BLD’s international expansion—the company begins construction on its first building in Warsaw and is preparing two more projects in Poland.

BLD has fulfilled its commitments and completed the Stellar and Aviva buildings on schedule; these were sold out even before Act 14 was issued. 

Uptown Square—BLD’s largest project—has been put up for sale. The open-space project will include three large 21-story buildings and three 6-story buildings. 

Construction of the MONA 5 project has begun; the building will feature 159 apartments and is expected to receive its Act 16 in October 2027. 

In 2023, the company continues to rapidly advance construction on the STELLAR, AVIVA, and MONA 3 projects, which are expected to receive their Act 16 certification as early as next year.

In 2023, the company introduced a completely new concept to the Bulgarian market for the first time—it began selling apartments with a higher level of finish, including flooring and interior doors. The new apartment model is located in Entrance B of the newly constructed MONA 3 building. That same year, BLD completed Phase 2 of the Slow Life project and added another 27 houses to the gated community. Construction began on a new building—MONA 4—in Manastirski Livadi East. 

After three years of researching the international market, the company decided to open its first international office in Warsaw, Poland. The first plots of land are to be acquired with two residential projects in modern and sophisticated neighbourhoods of the Polish capital.

In 2022, the company completes the Mona 1 residential building. Active construction activities are ongoing on Secret Gardens, MONA 2, Slow Life Phase II.

At the beginning of the year BLD completed the SONATA building in Mladost 3, which occupies an emblematic place in its portfolio of projects. In the same year, the company also completed Phase I of the Slow Life District and commissioned 18 houses in its ambitious gated development located at the foot of Vitosha. In 2021, BLD launches and starts construction of the STELLAR and MONA 3 projects.

STELLAR will be BLD 's landmark project due to its 13 floors and key location- Blvd. "Cherni Vrah" 65A. The project will provide office space on the first 3 floors and 71 apartments on the higher floors.

In 2019, the company completes its sixth project - the KRISTA building, in Kv. Krastova Vada. With the commissioning of KRISTA, BLD has a total of 450 homes created, totalling 60,000 sq ft.

In 2019, BLD obtained Act 14 for two of its new buildings - the luxury development in the KRISTA district. Lozenets -SecretGardens and its large-scale project in Kv. SONATA with a total of 239 apartments.

In March the construction of the closed complex of houses Slow Life District began. The first stage of the project consists of 17 houses for sale with private yards attached. Construction began in early February and is expected to be completed in September 2020.

Within 3 years BLD put into operation 4 new buildings in the city of Sofia with a total of over 250 apartments in them. By the end of 2017 the number of completed apartments exceeded 350.

The company has managed to launch 5 projects in Sofia in 2 years - among them are Domino, Kakao, Metlichina, Krista and Sophie, which are among the first residential projects with which the company has successfully declared itself on the Sofia city map.

The company was originally founded as an investment fund management company and is listed on the AIM sector of the London Stock Exchange. It subsequently developed into an independent company managing property investments across all segments - office, retail, residential and leisure.
