    The construction progress of the STELLAR, AVIVA, and MONA 3 projects is moving closer to obtaining use permits, marking a significant milestone for the company. This is the year of new market concept launch. For the first time the company starts selling completely finished apartments with flooring and interior doors, available in entrance B of MONA 3.

    Another project marks a milestone completion - Slow Life gated complex adds another 27 finished houses with use permit. A new project is launched MONA 4 in Manastirski Livadi Iztok promising an environment of superior quality and tranquility.

    These advancements underscore the company's commitment to innovation and its dedication to providing desirable living environments that meet market demands.

  • NEW MARKET POLAND

    In 2022 BLD opens its first CEE overseas office in Warsaw with the aim to set up a permanent presence in the region by creating a team of local professionals and carrying out residential development projects in the Polish capital. Building on its successful history, extensive experience and know-how, the company has allocated EUR 50 million for capital investments during next 5 years, aiming to complete a minimum of 3 projects and have a pipeline of at least as many for the next 5-year cycle. Future expansion plans include investments in at least 2 other large Polish cities and entering a second CEE market.

  • 10 completed projects, 5 in construction

    This year marks a significant milestone for another project in BLD's portfolio. The company’s team successfully completes and sells all 18 houses from Phase 1 of its ambitious project - Slow Life District, located in the foot of the mountain hills. Earlier this year, BLD celebrates the completion of its first building in Mladost 3 neighbourhood – SONATA, which marks a new phase of company's portfolio.

    New landmark development - STELLAR with 13 floors and a very strategic location at 65A Cherni Vrah Blvd. The project includes office spaces on the first three floors, a total of 71 apartments, and underground levels designated for garages and parking spaces.

    All other projects in construction phase in other Sofia districts are in progress - among which Aviva, Mona 2, Secret Gardens. In May BLD launches the sale of its third building – MONA 3 in MONA complex.

  • 6 completed projects, 3 in planning phase

    With the completion of KRISTA building in 2019, total number of newly built homes numbered 450, covering a total area of 60,000 square meters.

    The same year BLD obtains use permit for its luxury complex Secret Gardens in Lozenets district and its large-scale project SONATA in Mladost 3 district, comprising a total of 239 apartments.

    March 2019 marks the beginning of Slow Life residential project construction, which first phase consisting of 17 houses offered with private yard and lots of common social areas. Planned completion date is set for September 2020.

  • 250+ built and sold apartments

    Within just three years BLD finishes and completely sells four new residential buildings in Sofia with more than 250 apartments. By the end of 2017, the number of completed apartments exceeds 350.

    What has quickly turned BLD into one of the most prominent investors and builders of modern housing in Bulgaria is its implemented strategy of not only building modern and functional apartments, but also building  difference in the environment and infrastructure of all neighbourhoods point of construction.

    Very soon after its establishment the company was soon recognized as an innovative residential developer on
    its home market. BLD’s approach is founded on four main pillars: Standard of Excellence, Project Uniqueness, Innovation, and Social Responsibility.

  • Company Establishment

    Initially, BLD was founded as a management company for an investment fund and was registered in the AIM sector of the London Stock Exchange. Subsequently, it evolved into an independent company managing real estate investments across all segments—office, commercial, residential, and vacation properties. Real estate portfolios included properties of investment groups and holdings, banking institutions, and individual investors. Soon the company takes a new path exploring its first project of residential building construction.
