This is the reason why in 2014 developers are focusing on the construction of such objects.
"We believe that the growth of construction in recent months will satisfy part of the active demand, so that there will not be a significant increase in prices due to lack of good offers," Savov said. According to him, the good market is the active one, not the one with rising prices.
