This week saw the third edition of the Imoti.net competition, which recognises best practice in the real estate sector.
For the first year, the category "Residential Property of the Year" was present, in which BLD was nominated with its luxury project ALBA. The building grabbed the first prize of the jury and was personally presented to the Commercial Director of the company by the Chief Arch. Zdravko Zdravkov. in a few words, he expressed his joy that more and more good projects are appearing in Sofia and the practice of quick resale of housing has come out. he also noted that residential buildings must be durable and have a relationship to the people who will inhabit them.
- Imoti.net is the second competition in which an ALBA project has been awarded first prize - just a few months ago, the building took first prize in its category in another prestigious competition, Building of the Year.
