Construction work at BLD's luxury Secret Gardens project is progressing. Our latest walk through the nearly completed building reveals some interesting details of its overall appearance.
The scaffolding has been removed from entrance C, allowing us to see the beauty of the ventilated natural limestone facade, with stone wool, and the top of the range aluminium window frames - Schüco, with external electric roller shutters and mosquito nets for each apartment. Currently under construction are the curtain walling of entrance A; plasterboard ceilings of entrance C; front wall cladding in common areas; flooring on terraces and common areas; site electrical installation. Work continues with the cladding of the parapet columns in entrance C on floor 8; sub-construction on the lower horizontal in entrance B on floor 8; installation of convectors in entrance B and underfloor heating in entrance A.
