We all know that engine overheating is a serious problem, and it would be most unpleasant to encounter it when we've taken a long road trip!
Well, it's the same with us - the pace at which we live is very dynamic. We work hard and often, in the pursuit of success, we forget that the road to it is not a speedway and if we don't slow down in time, we risk simply overheating before we reach it!
In fact, "stressful" has become the most commonly used definition when it comes to everyday life. I try to make sure the word that defines mine is "balanced" because
IF OUR WORK IS A DAILY ROUTINE, THEN REST SHOULD BE PART OF IT - THAT'S TRUE BALANCE.
To be able to find enough time in the hectic rhythm for both ourselves and our family, because it is these moments that help us to detach more fully from the pressures of the work environment and to look at everyday life and its challenges from a different angle - more relaxed and balanced!

My day is very dynamic - meetings, managing processes and work teams and long hours spent in front of the computer. Sometimes I have to drink several coffees in a day to keep up the pace.
At some point you just start to feel the need to be around something real and stare at nature instead of the monitor. For me this is extremely important - the moments when I am outside, in touch with nature and able to sense its scents, give me a sense of a fuller life and of spaciousness.
That's my sense of Slow Life - taking the time I need for those moments that give me a sense of inner balance and allow me to expand my mind!
