As the construction of the AVIVA building in the Vazrazhdane area progresses, the infrastructure of the neighbourhood is being improved. The municipality has started work on the construction of the new Sredna Gora street, which borders the complex. The AVIVA building is the largest project in the area, with an excellent location, metres from a park, a shopping mall and a hypermarket and close to a metro station.
The construction and renovation of the streets around the project will give new homeowners an additional level of livability. BLD also plans to invest in the renovation and construction of Three Ears Street, which will be ready by the completion of the AVIVA building.
The company follows best practices to improve the environment in the areas where it builds to improve conditions for new homeowners in its buildings.
Among the streets that BLD has built are Boyan Petrov, part of Boyan Petrov Blvd. "Vasil Stefanov" in the residential area of Plovdiv. Manastirski Livadi - East, ul. "Gen. Ivan Kolev" in.
