HOUSE OR APARTMENT? THAT IS THE QUESTION!
And if we add to this peculiarity the probability that you are one of those people who, looking for a solution, most often come up with new and varied questions, then "House or apartment?" might be the kind of question for which you should use a "wildcard" and seek a side opinion.
And so - both the house and the apartment can boast of their pros and cons... The point, however, is to find those "FOR" that by their very appearance make you smile and even dream, while the corresponding "AGAINST" somehow imperceptibly melt away at the sight of your broad smile :)

SATURDAY MORNING...
You're an anticipatory person and you've turned off the alarm on your phone. You also promised yourself to stay in bed until at least 9 pm. Sadly, though, kids never promise themselves things like this for Saturday morning. And if you have a pet, "promises" of this nature have probably long since taken the form of an unattainable dream. In short, children and their four-legged friend simply come in at the hour of the disabled alarm and with gentle childish squeals and barks insist on going outside to play.immediately - because it's already light out...Their argument is undeniable, the screams too, and the two taken together have the power to carry you from bed to the park before you've even had a chance to take off your pajamas.
The situation seems to have no way out, unless you live in a house that has its own secure front yard and garden! You probably won't stay in bed until 9pm either in that case, but while the kids and the pet are chasing sticks in the yard, at least you'll have the chance to take off your pajamas and even make a Saturday breakfast for champs.
So far, the score is1-0 in favor of living in a house!
WHAT'S GOING ON UPSTAIRS AT THIS TIME?
This question has plagued the nights of dozens of generations who have chosen to make their family nest in a cozy apartment - part of a condominium... Is a weightlifting tournament happening over their heads by chance, or have they become the "lucky" neighbors of a new karaoke bar? Alas, in most cases the mysteries remain unsolved...
Living in your own house doesn't preclude situations like the above, of course, but the chance of unraveling the origin of the chthonic sounds from upstairs is significantly greater! You go upstairs, see their "origin" and even manage to reduce the decibels without conflict, and then you have the opportunity to enjoy the silence again in your spacious downstairs living room.
Looks like the house wins a second point!
AUGUST EVENINGS, BARBECUES, FRIENDS!
The romantic summer scenario could no doubt also be realized in an apartment... And apart from a few "minor" inconveniences of this option - probably the friendly gathering in your coquettish apartment will be a truly memorable event...
For starters, the barbecue itself will contribute immensely in creating the authentic atmosphere of a professional smoke chamber. The air-conditioning on the other hand would do its best to dispel those notes, but then you would have to warm up relations with your friends on the terrace, and that in turn would in turn worsen your relations with the neighbours...
In this situation, it is right to give bonus points to living in a house and so the final result is
4:0!
However, the most important thing is that the final result is entirely in your favour and regardless of who has prevailed in the competition for your home - the house or the apartment - you and your family feel relaxed and happy in it!
