The current photos and news from the ALBA project, show us already a large part of the open facade. Just recently, some of the scaffolding was removed, revealing several views of the building.
Work continues on the front façade, where the decorative ribs made of aluminium profile with wood decor can already be seen. The view of the Vitosha Mountains is secured by the triplex glass railings, which have also already been installed. The suspended ventilated facade made of etalbond is to be completed, as well as the mounting and lighting fixtures.
The façade north is also showing its details. The contact thermal insulation system by Baumit has been selected for this. The decorative etalbond boxes on the windows and terraces have been installed.
In order to preserve the original appearance of the façade, special places have been deliberately allocated for the installation of air-conditioning units, discreetly hidden behind perforated sheet metal in keeping with the general appearance of the building.
Work continues on the vertical layout and the automatic irrigation system.
