We celebrate the end of the month with happy news: BLD's landmark project in Kv. SONATA , has got Act 15.
This week, one of BLD's most beautiful projects received Act 15, certifying that the building has been completed according to the approved designs. The document is also the penultimate step before obtaining Act 16.
Construction work is proceeding apace and over 200 apartments will soon be ready for their new residents. Landscaping, irrigation system and walkways in the backyard, stone on the southwest and north elevation walkways and English courtyards are being implemented. Plastering, painting of common areas and stucco in front entrances, installation of railings on balconies and stair landings, crown molding on loggias. Bell buttons for the apartments and "Exit" signs on levels -1 and -2 are being installed. The metal ramps in front of entrances A, B, C and the pergola on floor 9 are under construction. Doors are being installed in the storage rooms and on the ground floors, door sills on the apartments.
