This month saw the 13th annual edition of the SEE Real Estate Awards- the only event in the real estate industry bringing together professionals from across South East Europe. This year's edition was hosted in Bucharest and guests included representatives from established companies across the South East region.
BLD entered the renowned competition for the first year with nominations in two different categories - Housing Project of the Year and Housing Entrepreneur. The ALBA luxury project and BLD's managing director, Mr. Savov, were awarded prizes in both categories. This is the third award for the ALBA building, following its excellent performance in last year's Building of the Year competition and the third edition of the Imoti.net competition.
Polygraphy Office Centre, on the other hand, brought AGCapital an award for the "Best Office Project in the Country".
The award ceremony was preceded by the SEE Real Estate Forum- a series of discussions addressing some of the main issues and cases on the market in Romania, Serbia, Croatia and Bulgaria. The participants expressed their positive attitudes towards the future development of the market.
