Barely two weeks after the official announcement of the KRISTA project, 10 apartments already have "reserved" or "deposited" statuses. Interest in the building continues to grow, and the most sought-after apartments are those with one and two bedrooms.
In addition to the high quality of construction, which is always the basis of our work at BLD, with the KRISTA project we give something extra.
Every customer who purchases an apartment in the building will additionally receive an air conditioner installed in the living room. This is a small gesture to every future owner in the building, as at BLD we are aware of all the subsequent costs of furnishing and equipping a new home.
As well as being a gift to the owners, this solution by the team will also preserve the natural, original look of the facade, with all external air conditioning units being provided and discreetly concealed during the project.
