12th edition of BalRec conference at Sofia Event Center
This month saw the annual edition of BalRec conference - an open platform for discussion in the real estate and investment sector.
Sofia Event Center hosted the event, where in addition to Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova, representatives of active companies in the field of investment projects in Bulgaria attended and participated.
The aim of the discussion was to analyze the market trends and forecasts in the different segments - office, retail, industrial, residential and holiday projects, the economic climate as a factor for the development of projects, challenges and best practices.
The main highlights of the housing panel, which was also attended by BLD CEO Dimitar Savov, touched on some topical issues - mortgage lending during the year and the future of interest rates, what are the determining factors for the development of the housing market. The issue of the ideal outdoor and indoor living environment and comprehensive zoning was not overlooked.
