Uptown Square is a joint project of the leading British and Bulgarian architectural studios – E8 Architecture and Atelier Serafimov. Both hold numerous local and international awards for their innovative approach and unique designs:
E8 Architecture's portfolio includes renowned projects in London with awards for Best Exterior and Innovation in Architecture from the German Design Council. Atelier Serafimov is a multiple winner of the Building of the Year Award and has been granted awards in numerous architecture and infrastructure competitions.
SOFIA’S NEW CITY CENTER...
Location, location, location - as the saying goes. Three of the largest public parks in Sofia surround the project and are within 10-min walking distance each (Borissova gradina, Loven park, South park). Shopping, entertainment, dining, and enjoying your Sunday afternoon coffee in Paradise Center shopping mall takes a 5-min walk. The subway station at the mall’s main entrance would get you anywhere else in the city you need to be, from airport to suburbs.

The bicycle lane network in and around Uptown Square is excellent, providing you with the freedom and safety to reach your destinations, including the various other outdoor sports activities in the parks around.
