After MONA 1 received Act 15 in mid-January, this month it also received Act 16. Thus, the first building of the MONA complex proudly ranks alongside the other completed projects in BLD's portfolio. This week, the State Acceptance Committee declared MONA 1 fit for occupancy and confirmed that the execution of the construction conforms to the approved designs.
