Slow Life Graduate

Slow Life Graduate

Dresses, costumes, hairstyles, hotels, photographers, smiling or ambitious relatives. The hype around graduations escalates every year. Some things in life are inevitable, but let's not forget that it's mostly up to us. Here are some ideas on how to lighten the prom hullabaloo if we are the ones at the center of the event:

- To the prom with sneakers and a nice shirt

It's been trendy for a long time and it's still fashionable. The suit and the dress are no longer the obligatory element without which everyone will look at you like you've been dropped from outer space. Not to mention that if you don't feel comfortable in your clothes, it always shows and the effect becomes a defect.

- Go to school with 76

Or take the tram or subway. That way you'll avoid the beeping in the streets, the music you don't like, the shouting, the counting to 12, and the pouring of water by your grandmother and half the condominiums. Put on your headphones, put on Spotify, and don't forget to boop your ticket. Enjoy!

- Save the photographer

Phones with a nice camera are affordable. And inevitably, everyone will be busy capturing the memorable moments. Take care of the pleasant memories, nice photos have a shelf life. Ten years from now, your husband or wife will be asking anyway "And is that really you? With that dress and that....hair?" or "Apparently short pants were a golden fashion rule for you too..."

- Do something nice with the money you save

Buy something you really want, put it towards education, donate it, or just have a party of your liking. The important thing is not to regret it. And you can always spend it on prom if you insist on canon. Have a nice time!
