We are happy to announce that the rough construction of the AVIVA project has been completed and the building has received Act 14. The success of the project can be judged by the sales in the building - out of 250 apartments there are only 40 vacant, waiting for their new tenants.
The construction works do not stop here. BLD continues the diligent work on the project with the delivery and installation of the windows, the construction of the electrical and plumbing installations, thermal insulation and waterproofing. Active construction activity continues as planned with the building expected to receive Act 16 in June 2024.
