On 21 October, during a glittering event at EuropaProperty's 11th annual CEE Investment & Manufacturing Awards at the InterContinental Hotel, Warsaw, BLD won theResidential Developer award, beating off competition from One United Properties, Property Market Real Estate Development, Speedwell and WING. The joy of the BLD team continues.

The company's best achievement, Secret Gardens, won the "Residential Project" award , competing with amazing projects such as BudaPart Homes 'E' - Property Market (Hungary), Metropolitan Garden - WING (Hungary), One Mircea Eliade - One United (Romania), TRIAMA Residence 1 - Speedwell (Romania). The award was accepted by Arch. Rado Serafimov - Atelier Serafimov Architects, without whose professionalism and dedication this project would not have become the jewel of BLD.
