The rough construction of the KRISTA project was completed on 16.07, reaching a milestone and the building now has Act 14.
Construction work is continuing and masonry work on the lower floors is complete and currently being done on the fifth floor.
The electrical and plumbing installations have been completed to floor 2 and are continuing with the next, third floor. By the same level, the windows have been installed.
At the same time, plastering has started on floor 2.
Work continues on the south elevation of the building and scaffolding has been installed there and painting is 50% complete in the basement.
Sales at KRISTA are also progressing and there are now 16 unsold units in the building.
