BLD announces the last vacant apartment in the building KRISTA, in Kv. KRISTA, at auction. The property, which is among the nicest in the project, has been reserved specifically for this purpose, and all other apartments have already been sold. The apartment to be auctioned is a three-bedroom, 109 sqm apartment on the fourth floor of the building. The auction will take place on Thursday, May 30, at 4 p.m. in the conference room of the Polygraphy Business Center. The starting price is EUR 600/sqm.
"We are auctioning off the nicest apartment in the building - south-facing with mountain views, on the middle floor, with an extensive terrace of 14 sqm. The starting price is about 50% lower than its market value. Our desire is to give everyone an equal chance. We are planning to make this practice traditional for all the company's buildings - to keep the best apartment vacant, then put it up for public auction for everyone to access," says Dimitar Savov, BLD's CEO.
Tender documents can be bought from 13 May at the company's office on ul. The cost is 50 leva. The deadline for applications is May 28, 4 pm. The deposit for participation in the auction is 10%.
The bidding step up to a sales price of 120,000 euros is 2,000 euros, and after this amount, the bidding step will be 500 euros.
The district of Cross Wada is an area whose communication allows quick access to both the center of Sofia and the mountains. The Vitosha metro station is 10 minutes away from KRISTA, as well as the South Park. Key shopping, entertainment and sports facilities are located nearby.
