We are happy to announce that the luxury ALBA building has officially passed into the ownership of its first residents.
These events have also become a BLD tradition to organize the first general owners' meeting in a special way.
The event was again held at the Hilton Hotel in the capital. During the meeting, the owners and their families quickly and unanimously made important decisions about the management and maintenance of the building, which also recently took the prize in the Building of the Year competition.
The event was followed by a cocktail reception in the hotel lobby where attendees had the opportunity to meet and chat in an informal setting.
All the owners also left with a compliment from BLD wishing them love and ease in creating their new home in the ALBA building.
