BLD presents to the market fully finished apartments for sale.
The first 41 apartments, with finished flooring, bathrooms, floors, interior doors, installed air conditioners, switches, sockets and skirting boards are now for sale in the building MONA 3 in Manastrirski Livadi Iztok.
In order to test the market this kind of service, the company reserved an entire entrance in the building, which will be finished, and new homeowners will save the effort of organizing repairs and will only have to choose the furniture for their home and move in.
Two of the finished apartments found their new owners in the very first days of their listing.
