The Krista project is rapidly putting the finishing touches to its work.
Rough construction is now complete and the interior of the building is being actively worked on - installation of railings and glass windows, flooring, drywall and plaster in the common areas, installation of apartment door sills.
The electrical and plumbing installations are being completed.
Some of the air conditioners in the individual apartments have also been installed - BLD's gift to all property owners in Krista.
The air conditioners are GREE brand and some of the features include an ionizer, built-in wi-fi module, and the I feel feature (temperature sensor in the remote control).
