The acquisition of Act 14 of the ALBA building coincided with another interesting event around the project - Open Days in the ALBA residential complex.
Together with the luxury real estate brokers from Unique Estates, all clients of the agency had the exclusive opportunity to view the new modern building. Visitors were welcomed with warm drinks and the cosy atmosphere was complemented by the cinnamon aroma of warm mulled wine. The brokers showed everyone around the building and a special corner in one of the apartments on the fifth floor offered a comfortable place from where guests could enjoy the view of Vitosha Nature Park. Visitors saw the same apartment in a specially made 3D interior project, thanks to the VR glasses provided.
The event, which took place on two consecutive days, ended with several satisfied prospective new homeowners in the ALBA building and with the promise of more similar invitations, enabling direct viewing and competent individual attention to each visitor.
