BLD supported the 21st award ceremony of the magazine. "Ideal Home"
This week the 21st Ideal Home Magazine Awards took place. "Ideal Home. The event was supported by BLD and the discussion forum before the awards was attended by Chief Arch. Zdravko Zdravkov, Yordanka Fandakova, as well as the BLD manager Dimitar Savov.
The discussion focused on the law on the spatial planning of Sofia, the growing real estate market and new trends in it.
Dimitar Savov revealed some data about the type of housing that is most in demand. Thus, it becomes clear that compared to previous years, larger homes in the capital are now enjoying more interest. There is a preference for three-bedroom properties with two bathrooms, with particular attention being paid to the individual rooms. There, too, the preference is for more spacious rooms.
According to Dimitar Savov, the new trend that is expected to gain a lot of popularity is out-of-town houses. The advantages of settlements close to the capital were highlighted, which are of interest to those looking for properties with 3-4 bedrooms, respectively with many sanitary and utility rooms.
