Participation of BlD in the "Facade of the Year 2016" and "Building of the Year" competitions
At BLD, we are proud of all the projects we create. Therefore, in addition to their happy inhabitants, we also give the general Bulgarian public the opportunity to appreciate what we have built with love and thought for the inhabitants of our beautiful capital.
And this year BLD declares its participation in the most prestigious competitions in the field of architecture, construction and investment projects - the competition of Baumit Bulgaria, "Facade of the Year 2016" and National Competition "Building of the Year".
Building Sophie will compete for the first place in both competitions. The project has acquired Act 16 on 28 April 2016 and is located in the very centre of the city. Its contemporary look and clean lines make it a natural addition to the capital's aristocratic district. At the same time, the modern interior in the common areas meets the modern demand for comfort and style.
