This week, we look behind the fence of the AVIVA project in Kv. Vazrazhdane, where construction activities are in full swing.
Verticals above elevation -7.40 are being implemented in stage 1. Partial decking of the slab at elevation -7.40 is underway. Formwork and slab reinforcement is being executed at elevation -3.95 of Stage 1. The foundation of the entire building is complete. Resin packers and quick setting cement are executed in case of leakage from slotted walls and anchors.
In addition to construction activities, sales are progressing. AVIVA is offering two, three and four bedroom homes.
