Our latest walk through the nearly completed building reveals some interesting details of its overall appearance.
The open south-facing terraces are made for spending the afternoon sunny hours. The materials used for the façade are extremely long-lasting and weather-resistant, while at the same time they have been specially selected to create the necessary comfort for a relaxing holiday.
The decking on all terraces is constructed with a hard-wearing, composite material of wood and polymer. The flooring does not heat up and does not create the discomfort known with other types of construction.
The glass railings are made of double-glazed glass and are the perfect finishing touch to the façade, fully revealing the magnificent views of the Vitosha Mountains.
As security is also our priority, the choice for the entrance doors naturally fell on one of the high grades of the brand leader in the field - Solid 55. The doors have standard and electronic locking, specially designed.
